It’s no surprise…2023 is The Year Of Loungewear. I mean, every year is the year of loungewear around here, but yeah, especially right now. I’ve always loved Z Supply for their super soft fabrics and cute styles (and price-point!) but I hadn’t tried out any of their current pieces. It’s time for a roundup, I said to myself! Then me, myself and I ordered a bunch of stuff to try on for y’all. So, here we go.

Comfy Loungewear & Cute Matching Sets: A Z Supply Try-On

First up, get ready for some animal print. Have no fear though, because it’s chic animal print in cozy soft fabrics. The best kind! I think the Z Supply separates are my favorites because many of the pieces can be worn for lounging or mixed with your regular closet pieces for daytime…AKA outside of the house? You know what I mean. Non-lounging. Grocery store trips.

Combo 1: A Cute Thermal Henley & Gorgeous Leopard Sweatpants

I’m really into henley tops this fall for something different. This one is definitely lightweight — not a heavy thermal. It has nice drape and is super-soft. I’d put it strongly in the loungewear category due to the thin fabric, but it would also be great for layering over a cami or under a cardi for added warmth. I am totally digging this Z Supply thermal at Social Threads; it looks slightly thicker and more versatile.

And by the way, these joggers are my favorite thing from the try-on sesh. They are super-special with a raised velvet-feel on the leopard spots. SO luxe! These I decided to keep right away. This fit is nice, too. Not super-long (I’m 5’4″) and not too short to be chilly once it gets colder. I’ll definitely wear these out of the house for errands or whatnot with a camel coat, a denim jacket, or a long cardi. But they’re supes comfy for lounging, too. They’re a nice mid-weight…not drapey but not heavy fleece inside. They’re pretty much perfect! I’m also not mad that they coordinate with my house…#isthatweird haha

Combo 2: Gorgeous Pink Sweatshirt & The Cute Leopard Pants

Can we talk about the color of this sweatshirt?! It’s so so pretty. I’m all about cropped-at-the-waist (not above) tops right now, and this is perfect. It’s also a great weight and not as heavy as a fleecy sweatshirt. It’s super-soft and comfy, I love the over-dyed peach color (the over-dying adds a lot of depth) and the sleeve detail is super-cute. I’d wear this with black- or light- wash jeans, too.

Combo 3: This Gorgeous Taupe Ribbed Matching Set

Lovely Social Threads sent this set last week, and I’ve already worn it a ton of times. It’s SO soft, love the fit of the pants and top (and did I mention it’s soft?)…if you want a lounge set that you can comfortably sleep in, too, this is it.

Combo 4: Let’s Go All Leopard Print, But Make It Dark

Um, this is so cute. This set is cozy, warm, adorable, soft and chic. Again, the leopard print is a soft raised velvety fabric. Oh-so special. TTS. Wearing a size small top and bottoms. And maybe this is what I’ll also be for Halloween, whatever that looks like this year. Just add ears. But style it with chic fashion sneakers and a camel coat, and it can actually go out in public without the ears. So versatile, y’all!

Combo 5: A Soft Drapey V Neck & More Leopard Pants

This top is super-soft…thin and drapey. It wasn’t quite the right fit for me, but a really lovely feel and would be really comfy to sleep in.

Combo 6: A Puffed Sleeve Sweatshirt & Yep, Leopard Print Joggers

This is my favorite sweatshirt from the roundup. I may have to go get the ivory version, hmmm…though I love the black. Ooh, there’s also an ivory funnel neck version that looks cute and even warmer. The taupe is awesome but selling quickly.

One-&-Done: Z Supply Jumpsuits, Rompers & Dresses (Just Add A Cozy Cardi)

Look 1: This Cute Tri-Blend Romper

The Pia Romper is super-cute and a great gray fabric. I’d put a cozy long cardigan on top, like this one I adore from GAP. I love this romper, but I think I’d size up for a comfier fit for lounging. This would make a cute summer piece and/or swimsuit cover-up, too.

Look 2: This Great Versatile Nightgown / Cover-Up / T-Shirt Dress

Talk about soft…this is soft. I’m not really a nightgown gal, but if I were I’d totes keep this. It’s got a great fit and flattering slits on the sides up to the knees, so it’s easy to move around in, walk up and down the stairs, etc., It would double as a great swim cover-up, too. If you’re looking for more of a wear outside the house dress, this puff sleeve sweatshirt dress is adorable! I went down a size in the dress since I’m on the shorter side of things and it looked like a loose fit, but for more comfiness you could stick to your true size.

Look 3: Another Cute, Super-Soft Romper

This is silky soft, and I’m sorry the details are a little lost here. It has a nice crossover front with a snap at the neckline, so easy on/off. The fabric definitely says more loungewear to me than wearing out, but again, could be a good cover-up situation. I like the fit here, but for lounging I might size up. I’m not sure. Again, I’d pair this with a super-cozy long cardigan, so you’re cool sleeping at night and cozy warm around the house.
