Zola provides online tools as a wedding website, wedding checklists, and guest lists planner. You can create your wedding registry for gifts, cash funds, plan a honeymoon, make personalized wedding invitations, enclosure cards, and menu. Zola offers to shop online and choose decoration ideas from ceremony to the party, wedding dresses and jewelry, and the list of items for home and weekend. Due to the size and weight of certain items, they will be delivered to you by a local freight carrier.
Any charges for this service will be listed on the product’s description page. Your order will have an estimated arrival date and after your item has shipped from their warehouse, their freight carrier will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery appointment. Zola offers free returns within 90 days of delivery for most items sold on Zola.
Certain restrictions and exceptions apply as outlined: All items must be unused and in the original retail packaging. Merchandise must be unworn with the original tags attached. Apparel, Furniture, and Invites + Paper Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Merchandise must not be washed or altered and must be free of stains and pin marks. They reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags.
Final sales are not eligible for return due to their nature, they include Perishable items, Furniture items that you have assembled, Gift cards, redeemed experiences, personalized items, and Custom orders. Any restocking fees will be deducted from your refund total once they receive your return.
